With the dizzying  array of photo ops including the Toronto skyline across the blue waters of the Inner Ontario Bay from the Island, the 13 minutes on the ferry and the $8.19 fee, ($5.37 for Seniors) is more than worth it. And then you have the colorful kayakers, quadracycles, bicycles, paddleboat and more. Your instructor will help you compose a colorful panorama of the moving items and also develop skills for panning to depict moving action of the various vehicles on land and water.

There are charming wooden pathways along the water, sweeping green fields, even frisbee golf and an amusement park. There is an unending array of photo themes that make this workshop on Toronto Island a worthwhile experience, especially the sunset as the 3 hour shoot on the most noteworthy of Toronto Island, Center Island, comes to the skies. Perhaps most exiting is during this time span the skies will go from daylight, to sunset to post sunset and your instructor will demonstrate and supervise camera usage that works best with each of these 3 different atmospheric lighting conditions.

When they get off the ferry to Center Island they will walk towards the right and we will meet by the lockers; noted as #2 on the map, beside the Toronto Hong Kong Lions Club Pavilion.

The schedule for the Ferry can be found at the following location: https://www.toronto.ca/explore-enjoy/parks-gardens-beaches/toronto-island-park/

Lots of people seem to hang up if our welcome recording comes on instead of a live voice, but we promise to return your message within a day or two if you leave one with your name and number.  It would be even better if you included your e mail address as well as the date and city of the class you are considering.  If leaving a voice mail message is not your thing, please email us at DPAbooking@digitalphotoacademy.com.
